Why measurements, not best-of lists
Most storage buying guides pick a top five and call it done. The Storage Fit Guide starts from a different premise: the most important question is not which product is best, but whether it will fit your specific cupboard, frame or gap.
That means guides explain what to measure, where the common problems are (pipes, hinges, door swings, centre stiles) and how to check a product against your actual space — not against a generic "average" home.
The under-sink organiser finder is the clearest expression of this: you enter your real measurements, and the tool tells you which products are likely fits, which need checking, and which to avoid, with a reason for each.
How products are selected
Products on this site are selected based on their listed dimensions, installation type, and suitability for the problems each guide covers. We do not claim hands-on testing unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
